About Me

Beautiful Marin county is my home. I launched my real estate career here in 1989 and have experienced the highs and lows of the market ever since! I serve all of Marin County, although I specialize in the Southern Marin and Ross Valley areas. (Greenbrae, Kentfield, Ross, Larkspur, San Anselmo, Fairfax, San Rafael, Corte Madera, Mill Valley, Sausalito, Belvedere, and Tiburon). I represent buyers and sellers equally, and strive to deliver the highest level of personal client service I can provide. I have a thorough understanding of market conditions, employ creative strategies, and have strong communication and negotiation skills.

My early career found me working in many different fields, including medical, surgical, and psychiatric nursing at UCSF and other hospitals in San Francisco. I worked as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in a private practice in San Francisco and on a psychiatric emergency Home Visiting Team for San Francisco Community Mental Health Department. My educational background and previous experience in nursing, counseling, and crises intervention have helped me to understand the value of thoughtful listening, strategic planning and disciplined action to reach successful results.

In 1989 I entered the world of real estate sales and with each encounter in real estate, I try to bring the understanding, sensitivity and critical thought that is vital to successful transactions. About 90% of my real estate activity originates from the referrals of satisfied clients, friends, and real estate colleagues in other areas. The loyalty of these clients and their continuing support has allowed me to work year after year in a successful business that is challenging, changing and always rewarding.

Past volunteer docent for the Terwilliger Outdoor Education Program, guiding students through the Ring Mountain Nature Preserve in Tiburon and Corte Madera. I also enjoy yoga, kayaking in the San Francisco Bay and hiking on Marin's remarkably beautiful trails. When I can "get away"...Oahu is my place for replenishment and pleasure in nature!

I am a member of:

These organizations, as well as other networking groups, keep me at the forefront of the market and aware of the cultural events in my community!
